Return Policy
If we made a mistake, we will fix it.
We pride ourselves on getting it right the first time. If we messed up, we apologize! Please call our office to make arrangements to correct the problem. We will give you a return authorization and explain how to send it back.
Standard Item Returns
Standard items are returnable for a refund less applicable charges within 30 days of receipt. We charge a 35% restocking fee. You are also responsible for any return shipping charges. Call our office for a return authorization. Items received without a return authorization will not be accepted. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Custom Item Returns
All custom fabricated items made by Stainless Supply are made to customer specifications. As these items are custom, they cannot be cancelled once production has begun and cannot be returned for any reason.
